Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IPB) is a name given to the collective group of major bowel inflammatory conditions. Such as Crohns Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
The main differences between the various types of IBDs is best simply described as the differences between the location and nature of the inflammation.
