End Colostomy
This is a name sometimes given to a colostomy. It's where the bowel is cut and brought out to the abdomen, forming a stoma. The remaining bowel is either removed (making it a permanent colostomy) or sewn closed (a procedure known as the Hartmann's Procedure, or Hartmann's Pouch).
